The Zekrom 25th Anniversary Promo 021/025 is a full-art holographic promotional card from the Promo Card Pack 25th Anniversary Edition (S8a-P) — the direct counterpart to the Reshiram 020/025 promo, completing one of the most iconic Legendary pairs in Pokémon franchise history.

This card was distributed exclusively at Pokémon Centers and participating retail shops in Japan in October 2021 — given out in a random promo pack to customers who purchased 5 booster packs from the 25th Anniversary Collection (S8a). Each random pack contained just one card from the 25-card series, making this a chance-based pull on top of a purchase-gated campaign. 

A promotional reprint of the iconic Zekrom card from the original Black Collection (BW1) — updated to the eighth-generation card format, featuring a dramatic full-art illustration by 5ban Graphics of the Deep Black Pokémon rendered almost entirely in deep blacks and dark greys against the sparkle-pattern holographic background — an extraordinarily striking visual that makes this one of the most atmospheric promos in the entire 25-card anniversary series. The 25th Anniversary badge is prominently stamped on the card. 

A Lightning-type Basic with 130 HP, featuring Outrage (20+, +10 per damage counter on this Pokémon) and Bolt Strike — Zekrom's signature 120-damage attack at the cost of 40 recoil damage to itself — the exact mechanic that made Zekrom competitively relevant in the BW era, faithfully reproduced.
