**Terms & Conditions**

These Terms govern your use of our website and services at snyffer.ch.

**1. Scope**  
These Terms apply to all purchases made via our online store within Switzerland.

**3. Order Process**  
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. A purchase contract is created when payment is completed.

**4. Pricing & Payment**  
All prices are in CHF and include VAT. Payment must be made using one of the available methods.

Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s<a href="https://www.powerpay.ch/en/agb" target="_blank">GTC</a>. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

**5. Shipping**  
We ship within Switzerland only. Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

**6. Returns**  
Returns are accepted within 7 days for eligible items. See our Refund Policy for details.

**7. Liability**  
We are not liable for damages or loss once the product has been handed over to the shipping provider.

**8. Jurisdiction**  
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Aargau, Switzerland.
