We currently ship within Switzerland only.
1. 📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.
2. 🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
3. ⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
Priority shipping takes 1-2 business days to delivery and Economy 2-3 business days.
4. 📫 Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. ⚠️ Delays or Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers.

6. 🏠 Local Pickup in Zofingen
We offer local pickup at our location in Zofingen (AG).
To arrange this:
- Select “Pick up” at checkout
- Contact us at hello@snyffer.ch to schedule an appointment
Note: Walk-ins are not allowed. Pickup is only possible by appointment.
