Refund policy

🕐 Return Eligibility

At Snyffer Store, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for the following product categories:

  • Customized items
  • Pre-orders
  • Digital content
  • Sealed TCG products (e.g. booster boxes, booster packs, and other sealed trading card game items)

🔄 Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@snyffer.ch to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
Important: For cancellations, we retain 5% of the purchase amount to cover transaction processing fees.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
