The Pokémon Babanuki Super High Tension Blue Deck is an official card game published by The Pokémon Company, released exclusively at Pokémon Center stores in Japan in August 2023 — the second edition of the beloved Pokémon Old Maid series and an upgrade in every way.

Babanuki is a card game for 2–8 players. Shuffle the deck, deal the cards between players, and try to avoid being left with the Joker card at the end. The Pokémon twist? When you draw a card from the player to your right, you have to say the Pokémon's cry out loud — which immediately reveals who's holding the dreaded Baba card. This set also introduces new special play cards that make the game even more exciting, such as "pull once more from the left player" and "give 2 cards to the right player." 

The deck contains 36 cards including 2 spare cards. The Blue deck features a vibrant cast of beloved Pokémon including Pikachu, Snorlax, Wailmer, Wobbuffet, Sudowoodo, and many more in cheerful, full-colour cartoon illustrations. All cards are in Japanese, but the deck comes with an English instruction manual included — making it fully accessible for international players and collectors.
