OP-16 marks the first booster set following the initial block rotation in the One Piece TCG — a historic milestone for the game — and delivers one of the most stacked card lineups in the franchise's history. The set features 3 Manga Rare cards — the three Marine Admirals Kuzan (Aokiji), Borsalino (Kizaru), and Sakazuki (Akainu) — each depicted seated on their iconic chairs in breathtaking manga-accurate artwork, already projected as among the most valuable One Piece cards of 2026. The set also introduces the first ever Treasure Rare card in the Japanese One Piece TCG — the chaotic "Prisoner of Impel Down" featuring Buggy and Mr. 3. 

Each sealed box contains 24 booster packs of 12 cards each — 288 cards per box with the full Marineford cast: Whitebeard Pirates, Marine Headquarters, Impel Down escapees, the Admirals, and legendary characters from one of the greatest story arcs ever written.
